Regarding the Drive: The surprising truth about what motivates us you tube video, i totally agree with that motivation is having a purpose and money is secondary. When employees are given the opportunity to try different methods to accomplish a work goal it is easier to accomplish.  The employees start to think on how they can do this with collaboration of their colleagues. This is the same with students in a classroom. If the teachers allow students to try different techniques using a variety of technology the outcome will be more meaningful for the students and not only will students obtain the goal but achieve social skills that will enable them to be confident.
