After watching the "Drive" video I can state that I see benefits to the "Mastery" and "Challenge" motivation in humans which would allow for no profit output.  However I do believe that this model has been around for way too little time to be able to make any clear judgements about it.  I did find the results of the 24 work period to be amazing and feel that this is a good objective to go for.  I do believe that this model does need to continue to be researched as it is such a new model.
